**About the role**

Reporting into our Senior Trade Marketing Manager for Treasury Premium Brands (TPB), this role is responsible for creating and executing shopper activations across National Accounts with the ambition of bringing our brands and category drivers to life both in-store and online.
- Ensure channel and activation plans are based on consumer, shopper, customer, and category insights and are tailored to meet the individual needs of customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure business strategies help support the strategic ambitions of the customer and execution plans maximise conversion opportunities for TPB
- Development and execution of TPB portfolio and brand activation within the customer channel, in line with the Customer Category Calendar
- Develop and execute channel and customer activation initiatives that deliver short
- and long-term brand portfolio aspirations, drive optimal physical availability, engage the shopper and drive conversion
- Develop best practice merchandising standards by channel

**About you**

We are searching for someone who brings a passion for the drinks industry and skills in digital marketing and project management. We're open to the sort of background you may have, but ideally you will bring experience within retail/hospitality/FMCG and will be known for your relationship building skills and ability to deliver.
- Understanding of shopper behaviour and ability to creatively think outside the square
- Ability to interpret insights and derive recommendations which will drive volume or profit
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects including budgetary responsibility
- Able to build strong relationships, internally and externally, and able to influence outcomes
- Good analytical skills '“ able to join the dots and identify new opportunities
