**POSITION**

Due to strong growth, the position of Client Services Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
- Manage workflow, diary management, and assist with all facets of public practice administration
- Provide leadership to the firm
- ASIC + ATO compliance
- Grow the firm's brand by providing clients with 110% with each and every interaction

**CANDIDATE**
- 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
- A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to manage staff in a efficient manner
- Proficient with most accounting software packages
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
