**POSITION**

You will be responsible for retaining clients and converting submissions to approvals through value adding activities to meet team budget and customer satisfaction expectations.
- Managing risk and lending within regulatory guidelines.
- Completing product comparisons, bank servicing and loan submissions.
- Follow up clients to obtain information required prior to broker meetings.
- Managing end to end valuation, pricing and loan process.

**CANDIDATE**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- You will be able to analyse bank statements & tax returns.
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage broking.
- My CRM experience would be highly desirable
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
