**Job Description**:
**Could you be our next Technical Services Manager (Administration)?**
As the Technical Services Manager (Administration), you will offer exceptional customer service to the national field and operations teams ensuring equipment is fully functional and maintained whilst maximizing long-term profitability opportunities. **What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?**
- Monitoring and managing department’s G&A to fall within targeted budgets
- Engaging with key stakeholders to plan, budget and execute capex and projects
- Keeping up to date billing and invoicing schedules
- Providing a conduit of information to other departments relating to issues with equipment, spare parts and safety hazards
- Introducing suppliers and/or contractors that meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Monitoring progress of contractor response times and recalls including quotations
- Tracking all jobs and effectively assigning calls to technicians to minimize restaurant down time
- Working closely with suppliers and distributors to maximize parts availability and minimize service requirements
- Monitoring parts inventory
- Implementing and maintaining department manual documenting procedures including contractor processes
- Management of workplace safety requirements for both the workshop and restaurant environments
- Conducting monthly meetings to discuss identified safety hazards and procedure changes that may be required as a result
