**The Company**
This business was founded over 30 years ago by partners who wanted to create a radical change within the industry, Each Partner had come from major tier firms providing high-level business advisory and tax accounting services however they recognised that these businesses did not have a major point of difference separating one from another. These firms each had a very hardened culture and boasted an environment typical to a stereotyped accounting firm. When this firm was established, they had very clear objectives with defining visions and values which have ultimately shaped the firm to what it is today. This business has risen quickly towards the lead and through crafting an environment that recognises and develops high potential talent, they’ve been able to not only retain some of the industries top talent, but they’ve also been able to attract talented individuals who are motivated to step into a noticeably more vibrant and progressive accounting firm.

**Position & Salary**
They are looking for someone who is outgoing and has a strong administrative background in client services. You don't need any previous experience in an accounting firm, however, is highly regarded. You will assist the Client Services Manager in onboarding new clients, coordinating client meetings, maintaining the client database and building relationships with clients. These jobs will grow and change over time in line with the increase in your skills and experience.

On offer is a negotiable salary range between $60,000 to $70,000 + Super, however, the business offers regular salary reviews which means you likely won’t be on the same salary where you started within 12 months.
