THE OPPORTUNITY

Mulpha Hospitality are currently recruiting for the Front of House team for Sydney’s newest wine bar, Bar Messenger.

Minutes from the Opera house and Botanic Garden and tucked away in the heritage listed Transport House, Bar Messenger provides a top tier wine list from some of Australia’s best wineries and wine regions, and a small, curated food menu.

We are seeking experienced Bartenders with a passion for wine, food and customer service.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the industry and develop some great skills and connections to allow you to set up an amazing hospitality career. So if this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you

YOUR BACKGROUND
- A great outgoing personality and attitude
- 2 + years of bartending experience in a comparable venue such as a busy restaurant or wine bar
- Solid understanding of classic cocktails and mixology
- A passion for great service and a keen interest in Australian wine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Current RSA and flexibility to work around the Bar’s opening hours
