**The Opportunity: Director / Nominated Supervisor**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week

We are seeking a driven Director to lead our PA Hospital service. In this role, you will inspire, motivate, and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every single day. **Must haves**
- A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
- Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
- Current Qld Blue Card.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met**.**:

- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.

**About Us**:PA Hospital Early Education Centre**is located on the grounds of the PA Hospital at Woolloongabba. We have been rated as an **Exceeding Centre** by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) & recently assessed in February 2025. Our Centre opened in May 2009 and cares for up to 75 children aged from birth to school age and offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities.
