**Fixed Term Warranty Administrator | Mercedes-Benz Melbourne**
**Awarded AFR Boss Best Places to Work 2022**, Mercedes-Benz Melbourne is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to support their busy Workshop for a 6-month fixed term contact.
**About the role**:
- Supporting Workshop processing warranty claims for Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Technicians to resolve warranty-related issues.

**About you**:
- Experience in warranty administration, preferably with Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Strong understanding of the Mercedes-Benz warranty processes and guidelines.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
