**About our Client**

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a corporate communications and PR strategy, aligning with key members of the team from across the business, to meet business goals
- Thought leadership and content development for key publications
- Regular trade advertising in alignment with corporate and customer calendar
- Development and distribution of trade media releases
- Assist with events
- Webinar development in partnership with Store Development team.
- Develop and execute content for LinkedIn and websites (including copywriting and development of rich media in partnership with internal studio)
- Develop relevant and compelling content for key customer campaigns throughout the year
- Manage relationship with key charity partners
- Deliver network partner updates and quarterly wrap up communication celebrating company success
- Develop a positive working relationship with external PR agency, gaining their strategic input into the business and support with campaign execution
- Develop B2B brand campaigns with external creative and advertising agency
- Manage the annual corporate communications budget
- Develop strong and proactive relationships with the Leadership Team to ensure messaging is appropriate
- Work alongside the brand, digital and internal studio teams to develop and execute campaigns

- Exceptional copywriting skills, and ability to adapt style to audience and channel
- Exceptional stakeholder management at a senior level
- Ability to influence, lead and excite others around a common agenda
- Well accustomed to working under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to recognise business development opportunities and provide innovative solutions
- Assertive self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise judgement and show initiative
- Project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience as corporate communications lead / or agency background
- Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications/public relations
- Experience within a franchise/retail environment
- Previous experience in similar role
