This well renowned institution prides themselves on the delivery of premium educational services to the community.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, they are looking for a well rounded and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis up until Christmas to assist to deliver a critical project.

They boast a warm and supportive culture, focusing on upskilling and career development. They have an experienced leadership team that truly takes care of their staff and concentrates on providing high levels of service to their students.

**Your Role**

Reporting into the Director of Marketing and Communications, your role will involve:

- Collating and developing content for their annual magazine
- Taking photos at events to use for both the magazine and social media
- Collating the weekly newsletter
- Editing articles
- Creating and writing content for social media
- Updating their website with content and graphics (WordPress)
- Work closely with print suppliers
- Develop strong working relationships with internal key stakeholders
- General administration and events support for the wider team

This role will work closely in a small team of 5 including a graphic designer as well as additional administration support staff. Those team members are warm, approachable and work very collaboratively. This role has a 'traditional' marketing component with a stronger focus on delivery of the magazine rather than digital.

**Your Profile**

You will have a warm and proactive nature with professional communication skills both written and verbal. You will have a creative flair and have the ability to interpret and understand their brand positioning quickly. You will work well to deadlines and enjoy a team environment. You will have skills working with the Adobe Suite as well as WordPress (basic back end editing) and the MS Office Suite.

You will present professionally and have the confidence to interact will all levels of management and key stakeholders.

This is initially a temporary role so you must be immediately available.
