**Why You'll Love AppDynamics**: Reporting to the Global Order Operations leader and working within the Deal Strategy team, and the Licensing team, this role operates across the sales lifecycle by advising our seller's on quoting, order managment, and booking policy compliance. Do you love working in a fast-paced sales culture, working in a dynamic and agile environment and have a love for data by using your analytical mind, we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities Include**: - Responsible for the processing of sales orders to ensure compliance with bookings policy, order guidelines and company procedures. - Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps and drive on-going process improvements on order processing, deal closure, invoicing, and collections workflows. - Consult and collaborate with sales + sales leaders, deals desk, licensing and billing teams to ensure quotes are built properly, and orders are processed completely, accurately, and in compliance with the booking policy, as well as revenue recognition guidelines. - Establish strong relationships with sales, sales leaders and other cross-functional teams. - Manage the "gray" areas especially when it comes to balancing growth with operational efficiency as we integrate into Cisco's main selling platform: Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW). - Educate and assist the sales team on the usage of Cisco's selling platform as we integrate into Cisco Commerce Workspace. **About You**: - Ability to drive strategic decisions, anticipate and resolve challenges through logic and reasoning. - Excellent judgment and agility in problem solving root issues. - Demonstrates relentless execution, resourcefulness, and delivering results in challenging situations (aka you get things done). - Top-notch communication and presentation skills, including experience communicating insights through data with sales and rallying cross functional teams through determination and logic. - Ability to understand policy and drive compliance through conversation. - Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Previous experience in quote and/or order managment, sales support, or sales operations preferred. **Why AppD+Cisco?**: Cisco is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected basis.
