**Job Description**:
KPMG's **Global Mobility Services** are looking for an **Administration Assistant**to join our Personal Income Tax team. It is this team's responsibility to deliver value-add services to our clients through the provision of technical tax compliance services and tax data analytics.

Forming part of the Deals Tax and Legal - People Services division, this role will play a part in the Global Mobility Services DDX team by:
**Your major responsibilities will include**:

- Coordination and delivery of ATO Correspondence across a high volume of Engagements.
- Reviewing of communications to notify our clients about refunds or payments to be made to the ATO.
- Working autonomously with high attention to detail.
- Calling the ATO to solve simple and complex issues.
- Proactively managing workflow including Inbox management.
- Liaising with Managers if technical support is required.
- Delivery of varying administration tasks.
- Use of different software as needed to support the team and delivery of communication to our clients (training will be provided).

- Proven ability to take responsibility for and ownership of tasks.
- Attention to the detail.
- Outstanding time management, problem solving, and organisational skills gained in a high-volume environment with competing demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills gained in an administration, retail or hospitality environment.
- Desire to learn more about individual income tax.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills.
- Initiative, self-motivation and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service.
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset and a flexible approach to your work.
