About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Experience Partner to join our team in WA. As the digital experience partner you will provide your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver day-to-day technical support across Lendlease WA sites, including AV, hardware and software support- Lead site setups, including cabling and hardware installation- Support in resolving support tickets nationally- Travel to Lendlease sites to provide hands-on support

Job requirements:
You will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, with a customer focussed approach to your work, you will also have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar standalone IT support role- Proven ability to work independently in a hands-on environment- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills- Experience with Windows, M365 & MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms)
