**Employment Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing well informed cyber security advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders on the handling of classified information and security best practice.
- Building, configuring and testing of classified computing assets. Managing scripts, group policy and hardware.
- Delivery of highly classified computing platforms and information in support of legal proceedings. This includes delivering security briefings to clients including judges, lawyers and counsel. Requires travel at short notice throughout Australia.
- Ensure the department effectively manages high assurance cryptographic equipment (HACE) and Cryptographic Account Management (CAM) services in alignment with existing policies and regulations.
- Collaborate across technical teams to develop and continuously improve computing services and processes that the division and the department delivers to legal practitioners across Australia.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to support the efficient operation of team capabilities.
- Support initiatives to enhance cyber security awareness and education across the organization, engaging with staff and stakeholders to promote a positive cyber security culture.
- Support the development, knowledge transfer and mentoring of junior Cyber Security staff.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong technical capability and experience in working with secure technologies, software and hardware.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement, particularly in the development, delivery, and management of secure ICT systems.
- Experience in identifying, assessing, and articulating technical and cyber risks in enterprise or government environments, and providing clear risk-based recommendations.
- Experience in supporting projects and working to achieve project outcomes as part of a multi-vendor arrangement.
- Commitment to team development and capability building, including coaching team members, and fostering professional growth.
- Desirable - Relevant tertiary qualifications obtained from a recognised Australian tertiary institution.
