**CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.**

**Your new role**
- Work closely with internal stakeholders around new and existing suppliers and accounts.
- Drive engagement with our suppliers by being a go to for processing of payments on CSE's behalf.
- Manage and resolve AP issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service with clear communication and ability to set supplier expectations.
- Assist and drive accurate reporting within the finance team.
- Problem solve issues arising from accounts, and delivery teams to provide advice, solutions or best path forward for customer satisfaction.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have a variety of skills or experience that will be useful, however your own accountability, personality and drive will be the key attributes to success with additional training and mentoring provided to upskill any areas of development. It will be advantageous to have the following:

- A previous history working in a finance role, ideally Accounts payable.
- Excellent communication, with experience speaking with a variety of suppliers.
- A strong analytical mind to both with numbers and problem solving to understand a situation and create solutions for your Ops colleagues and suppliers.
- High attention to detail, and a history of taking ownership of your work.
- Exposure to MS Business Central software, ERPs, finance packages
- Strong time management and self-discipline to manage your workload.
- Exceptional resilience, and drive for self-learning and self-improvement.
