**Position Overview**:
The Investment Associate will be a generalist and will play a significant role in underwriting, due diligence, negotiating, executing, asset managing and exiting investments that span the office, industrial, retail and hospitality asset classes and multiple markets. The Investment Associate will be an integral part of the team work directly with senior members of the team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with senior members of the team
- Evaluate the merits and risks of investment opportunities
- Create and maintain advanced financial models to support the evaluation of investment opportunities and decision making
- Participate in the asset management of the portfolio
- Gather and analyze market data
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and annual budgets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in real estate at top-tier private equity, investment sales, investment banking and/or management consulting firms
- Desire to gain exposure across multiple asset classes and markets
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Argus valuation software
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Comfort in working in a small team setting and self motivation
- Aspiration to oversee your own portfolio
