Front of House Job Description:
We are searching for a friendly and professional Front of House to join our restaurant staff.
As the first point of contact, you will greet and assist customers as they enter our venue.
Delivering outstanding customer service is the key for this position.
Main responsibilities include taking, processing and packaging orders, cleaning and maintaining public spaces in a presentable manner.
**Responsibilities**:
Welcome customers and guide them through the order, explaining the menu options if needed.
Process customer orders and place orders in the Point of Sale system.
Ensure customers receive their orders correctly and on time.
Accept cash payments and return the correct change.
Till money start and close with the correct amount at beginning and end of each shift.
Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
Respond to customer inquiries, record customer feedback and complaints.
Clean and arrange eating and service areas.
Communication with kitchen staff when needed.
Restaurant front of house staff process orders and handle payments from customers.
Their duties include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining customer areas tidy and clean.
Pay-rate for this position starting from $35 up to $43 depending on skills and experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent
**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
