We provide all the training for this position, all you need is a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and we will take care of the rest

**There's no 'typical day' but it may include...**.
- Domestic assistance/household duties including meal preparation and shopping
- Personal care including showering and assist dressing
- A range of clinical care & skills require - eg. bowel care, wound care, catheter skills (all training provided)
- Manual tasks such as hoisting (training provided)
- Providing reliable, timely and flexible services that best meet the needs of the individual and their family
- Problem solving issues with the person and/or their family, and the team
- Regular communication with local team and participation in team meeting

**About you**:

- ** A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle (essential)**:

- Previous experience in providing disability support and mental health is preferred
- Previous experience in the listed clinical care & skills is desirable however if not, we will provide you with all the training you need to excel in this role
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
- Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one - Avivo will support you through this process and reimburse you for the cost of the clearance
- Availability to attend mandatory and paid training during the week
- Availability to work a range of shifts
