**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
We are expanding our National Supplier Expediting team with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Analyst** based preferably in **Macquarie Park, Sydney** to provide up to date Purchase Order information for our customers. This role will see you build relationships with our largest suppliers, take their accurate due date information for all our outstanding purchase orders, and then flow the data through to our Microsoft Dynamics EPR system. Ensuring customers always have the latest delivery date information.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Liaising with suppliers to manage order tracking,
- Use data transfer processes to ensure the latest due dates are uploaded into our EPR system
- Develop relationship with vendor contacts so they understand what data you need and when you need it
- Creating data management processes to move data between vendor systems and our own
- Working with our Category and Technical teams to flag long term supply issues, so they can find alternative products for our customers
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong communication skills to work with our suppliers to get the data we need
- Strong Data skills so we can move, manipulate, and import lots of data to our ERP system
- Collaborative skills to work with all our internal departments
- Ability to build relationships across our supplier base, so our vendors understand the importance of the data we need
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel - including formula functionality
