The **ICT ServiceDesk Technician** Under general supervision, provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to all computer users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; assist Network & Server Administrators where needed; troubleshoot network printer problems; pass more complex end-user problems on to the second level; conduct hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting; and perform related work as required.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems; escalate complex issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and software.
- Maintain hardware/software inventory and assist with minor repairs.
- Diagnose network and printer issues.
- Suggest improvements to IT procedures and user experience.
- NATIN/HAVO/VWO diploma
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT field
- Tech Savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 14 days on/ 7 days off
