We’re looking for a talented **Data Analyst & QA Tester** to join our dynamic team. This role is the perfect blend of data analysis and software testing. You’ll work across multiple projects, ensuring data quality and accuracy, while extracting valuable insights to support business decisions. Additionally, you'll play a key role in validating the functionality and reliability of our software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Data Analysis**
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and deliver performance insights to stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.

**Quality Assurance & Testing**
- Test and validate data processing workflows and reporting systems for accuracy and consistency.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, collaborating with developers for resolution.
- Conduct regression testing following system updates to ensure continued functionality.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to improving QA processes.

**Technical Functions**
- Automate data collection, validation, and testing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement data quality control procedures.
- Create and update technical documentation for testing, analysis, and workflows.
- Support data integration and migration projects.

**Skills and Experience**
- **2+ years of experience** in data analysis, software testing, or a related role.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Strong proficiency in **SQL** and database concepts.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced **Excel** skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with **testing methodologies** and QA practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

**Employment Type**: Permanent Full-Time
**Annual Salary**: $85,000 + Super

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $84,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
