Join a dynamic Industrial team as a High-Pressure Water Operator. Immerse yourself in a team-oriented environment where your primary role involves industrial cleaning for various clients around **Melbourne**. Your daily tasks will include operating a diverse range of equipment for high-pressure water jetting, drain cleaning, vacuum loading, and undertaking general manual labour tasks.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited**:

- Execute high-pressure water jetting and vacuum loading efficiently
- Perform manual cleaning and equipment operations (including Vacuum loader, Combo, Forklift, High-Pressure Water Jetting units)
- Ensure accurate completion of all required paperwork
- Deliver exceptional customer service

**Compulsory Requirements**:

- HR License is preferred, especially with VAC truck experience
- Experience in hands-on labouring roles
- Desirable certifications include HPWJ, Working From Heights, Confined Space, Forklift, and White Card
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- A strong focus on safety, with a proactive approach to safety and risk management
- A keenness to learn and grow within a team setting
