**In this Program Manager, Enterprise Business Excellence role, you will**
- Be accountable for delivering customer focused solutions across a range of service offerings including customer experience, business optimisation, operating model and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record leading a program or multiple strategic initiatives across the Enterprise.
- Responsible for leading a program team of senior consultants, consultants, SMEs and other project resources.
- Lead a broad range of activities that bring process transformation solutions to life for our customers.
- Lead the identification, diagnostics, shaping and delivery of major strategic programs aligned to the Group strategy.
- Leverage a series of cross functional teams, to identify opportunities to uplift business outcomes
- Build relationships and partnerships at an executive level.
- Be expected to work closely with Heads of to ensure that complex initiative roadmaps that have significant financial investment, broad resourcing demands and tight timeframes are successfully delivered into the Business.
- Conduct diagnostics to provide vision and leadership across a portfolio of initiatives through recommendations and development of strategic roadmaps and ‘shaping’ of initiatives.
- Manage program execution across a portfolio of initiatives, including coaching and support to more junior team members.

**What you’ll bring**
- Extensive work experience, ideally in a complex project delivery environments leading business optimisation engagements within financial services or consultancy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and establish programs of work to convert opportunities into initiatives, as well as managing program execution across a portfolio of initiatives.
- Solution shaping and qualification of identified opportunities.
- Ability to perform Lean diagnostics to identify new opportunities.
- Strategic mindset, customer focus, problem solving and resilience.
- Financial Services industry experience preferred.
- Previous consulting experience would be highly regarded.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Risk and change management skills.
