Mackay client - can be based in Brisbane but regular travel to Mackay - Start ASAP, 6 month Project - Competitive Remuneration - Average 3 days/22.8 hours per week - with some flex to WFH EXCITING PROJECT - GRADUATE RECRUITMENT & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Opportunity to work with our Mackay client to develop and deliver Graduate Recruitment and Development Program for professional streams. **The opportunity** You will be employed by Harrisons (East Brisbane office) and also working on-site and partnering with our Mackay client to develop and deliver their new Grad Recruitment and Development Program, and at the end of 6-months handover to our client's HR Team for the ongoing management from onboarding the grads you recruit: Graduate program design for approval by client including: - Overall program design and stakeholder engagement - Learning outcomes established - Development and delivery of recruitment plan including e-brochure materials - Induction and onboarding plan for grads - Buddying/Mentoring/Supervisory framework of grads on the program - Position Descriptions for all streams - Professional development outcomes identified and planned - Recommended industry registrations/memberships for recruitment - Rotation plan linked to specific outcomes - Performance management plan including unsatisfactory performance, either academic or professional - Advertising plan including innovative and agile approaches - Selection criteria linked to PD - Assessment centres and interview techniques - Profiling options with recommendations - Costed for annual budgeting purposes **About you** - Solid HR experience, including developing and managing graduate recruitment and development programs. - Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability in project management, strategic and commercial thinking, influencing others without authority, and meeting deadlines. - Must be willing and able to travel to Mackay for a few days at a time - Tertiary qualifications in business, HR/ER, psych, employment law or similar strongly preferred. **About Harrisons** Founded in 2009, Harrisons is a consulting and outsourcing firm helping organisations to develop high performing teams, achieve workplace legislation compliance, and deliver better business results through higher employee engagement and decreased employee turnover.
