**About the role**

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader to help shape and execute the Penfolds Brand Homes strategy in Australia. This role plays a pivotal part in bringing our luxury brand to life through exceptional consumer experiences, in partnership with our operating partner.
- Lead and execute the Penfolds Brand Homes strategy in ANZ, aligned to global goals
- Act as the key point of contact for our operating partner, bringing the best possible consumer experiences to life
- Drive business planning, reporting, and operational excellence across venues
- Influence internal stakeholders and champion the Penfolds experience internally and externallyOwn cross-functional integration of new initiatives, experiences, and venue enhancements

**About you**

You’re a commercially astute leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering premium consumer experiences. You know how to navigate complexity, influence at all levels, and turn strategy into scalable business outcomes.
- Senior business management experience in a multi-channel setting
- Background in luxury, consumer brands, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning and end-to-end P&L ownership
- Confident working with executive stakeholders and external partnersA natural people leader with strong coaching, communication and change skills
