Tasting Bar Attendant

**About the role**

Join the passionate team delivering world-class experiences at Penfolds Magill Estate, working as part of our operating partner, Saar6. As a Tasting Bar Attendant, you’ll create memorable moments for every guest by sharing our rich history, telling the Penfolds story, and delivering exceptional hospitality. Whether it’s a casual tasting or a hosted group experience, your focus will be on service excellence, product knowledge, and creating brand advocates.
- Deliver engaging, informative, and premium tasting experiences
- Host groups according to daily itineraries and service standards
- Maximise retail sales by upselling and personalising recommendations
- Support the smooth operation of the cellar door and visitor experiences
- Assist with on-site and off-site events as part of our promotional calendarActively promote and enrol eligible guests into our loyalty program via clubs, working toward annual acquisition targets

**About you**

You’re a natural host who thrives on connecting with people and delivering outstanding customer service. With a passion for wine, hospitality, and storytelling, you know how to make every visit feel special.
- Experience in cellar door, retail, or hospitality environments
- Confident communicator and team player with a service-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences
- RSA required; wine knowledge or WSET Level 1-2 highly regarded
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
