**Responsibilities: Operational Technology (OT) and Telecommunications**:

- Lead and manage the Operational Technology and Telecommunications team.
- Strategy and growth planning.
- Client and Project ownership and signoff.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of OT systems and telecommunication infrastructures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of OT and ICT systems.
- Ensure robust security measures are in place for OT and telecommunication systems.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for OT projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of OT systems and propose improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to OT and telecommunications.
- Business development and industry networking

**Requirements: Experience and Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing Operational Technology and Telecommunications systems.
- Strong understanding of OT system architectures and telecommunication networks.
- Strategic planning, growing and scaling teams.
- Client liaison and development.
- Project management and delivery.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
