The Role
As a
Technology Operations Supervisor,
you will lead a skilled team, manage state-of-the-art AV equipment, and play a key role in bringing events to life. With each day presenting new challenges and opportunities, this position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Supervise and coach AV services staff, ensuring seamless task allocation and execution.
• Event Preparation: Cross-check event orders, crew rosters, and venue setups, resolving requests promptly.
• Excellence in Delivery: Provide high-quality, consistent technical AV services across all applications.
• Maintain Standards: Monitor and maintain AV production quality throughout the venue.
• Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional service and continuously seek improvements.
• Availability: Have good 24/7 availability to ensure full team cohesion.
• Innovate: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop innovative AV solutions.

Skills You Will Bring To The Role

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in Audio, Lighting, or Vision.
• Ability to work independently while guiding others effectively.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
