**Melville **Volkswagen and LDV** are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated **Trainee Parts Interpreter** to join their team.

As an integral member of our highly regarded Parts team, you will be responsible for the timely issuing of parts to workshop and retail customers as well as dealing with incoming telephone queries and orders in an efficient polite and professional manner.

**No Experience? No Worries **If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide training to suit.

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work as a self-directed member of a team
- Full WA Drivers’ licence is required
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
