**About the Role：**

In our company marketing is about understanding people — and building awareness about how our products can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing Supervisor who is hungry to do this and more.

The marketing supervisor must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities Tasks**:

- Own all aspects of marketing including the execution of marketing plans and tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
- Assist the managing director to achieve the goal of business branding and expanding from the marketing perspectives
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Work on various marketing collateral, with an ability to check the content and work on the design of marketing materials for EDM, brochures, landing pages, presentations, and events
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
- Partner closely with the Sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Lead and manage a small marketing team and future develop team capacity

**To be successful in the role**:

- 3+Years’ experience in B2B&B2C Marketing roles
- Preferably within the Fashion/FMCG or beauty product industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven experience in setting a strategy and delivering results from start to finish
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Great people management skills highly regarded
- The ability to speak both English and Mandarin is highly regarded.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
