The Supervisor plays an integral role within the company, ensuring a safe, productive & respectful team environment. Build upon a career of delivering safe, high quality products as the supervisor with strong communication, leadership and effective work load planning and allocation.

The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the shop to ensure a consistent approach is applied across all hours of operation. The business requires a hands on, experienced supervisor that is capable of managing teams who will organize workers’ activities, make necessary adjustments to ensure that work continues uninterrupted and meet demanding key performance indicators whilst ensuring the existence of a safe working environment.

This role will also be required to deal with general supervision requirements across the entire site as well as emergency situations. The supervisor will inform workers about company plans and policies with a strong focus on safety procedures and industrial accident prevention.
