**Who are we?**

Wintringham provides aged care services to those who are financially disadvantaged and have previously been homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless. Eunice Seddon Home, located in South East Melbourne, offers affordable, high quality accommodation to over 60 men and women aged 50 years and over. We provide a safe, flexible and caring family-style environment, which allows residents to maintain their chosen lifestyles, habits and activities and to be as independent as they choose to be.

**Your new role**

We have 3 Part Time roles available. The respective rosters are as below:
**Position 1**:
Week 1- Monday (0700-1430), Tuesday (0730-1430), Saturday (0700-1430), Sunday (0700-1430)

Week 2- Wednesday (0730-1430), Thursday (0730-1430), Friday (0730-1430)

**Position 2**:
Week 1- Thursday (0730-1430), Friday (0700-1430), Saturday (0700-1430), Sunday (0700-1430)

Week 2- Wednesday (0700-1430), Thursday (0700-1430), Sunday (0700-1430)

**Position 3**:
Week 1- Tuesday (0730-1430), Wednesday (0700-1430), Thursday (0730-1430), Friday (0730-1430)

Week 2- Monday (0730-1430), Tuesday (0730-1430), Friday (0700-1430), Saurdayt (0700-1430)

**Your responsibilities and duties will include**:

- Working across the service areas of cleaning and laundry
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, staff and visitors
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the Home as per cleaning schedule
- Ensuring provision of clean laundry throughout the Home at all times
- To assist with the preparation and serving of all meals, drinks and snacks from time to time
- Qualifications and experience in food handling, infection control manual handling and use of chemicals (preferable)
- Prior experience in Aged or Community Care (preferable)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Physically able to perform manual tasks including (but not limited to) bending & lifting
