We're on the lookout for:

• Cleaning Supervisor & Team Leaders (with experience)
• Part-Time Hoarder, Biohazard, and End of Lease Cleaners - 3 days a week, between 8am–4pm travel required and will not suit school hours. Please do not apply for this position if you cannot travel outside of a 20km radius, or can only work during school hours.
• Domestic Cleaners (school hours: 9am–3pm, 3 days/week in the Berwick, Narre Warren & Pakenham areas)

Duties include, but not limited to:

• End of lease cleans, Deep cleans / Move in or or Move out cleans
• Biohazardous Cleaning/Decontamination including handling of biohazardous waste
• Using full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Travelling to and from Job Sites (can be all over Melbourne)
• Some Heavy Lifting is involved (hoarding and squalor cleans)
• Building trusting relationships with clients

To be eligible for a position with our organisation you must have the following –

• Positive and can-do attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to work 4-8 hours per day across a variety of days (must be available between 8am-4pm).
• The ability to drive to work independently and the ability to provide high-quality standards.
• Road Worthy Registered Vehicle and License - non negotiable.
• National Police Check
• Caring, compassion, empathy, and the ability to be sensitive and discreet abiding by strict privacy and confidentiality procedures at all times.
• Strong stomach and open mind.
• A non-judgmental outlook on our clients
• Be willing to travel minutes to the site of work each day.
• Minimum 12mths experience in cleaning (ideal but not necessary)

As well as looking for staff to work within our large scale cleaning team (which requires greater flexibility of hours), we are also looking for domestic cleaners who are available between 9am-3pm three days per week (days flexible) which would be more suitable for school mums in and around the Berwick, Narre, Pakenham area.
