National Business Support Specialist

**The Opportunity**:
This specialist role is responsible for supporting all Service administrative tasks and the required tools and systems utilised by all Service Entities across all Regions. The role is integral to the compliance of Service transactional and process control to minimise the impact to our business & Customers by being meticulous in detail with a proactive approach. Designing, modifying & implementing the businesses efforts to reduce and streamline administrative tasks, from the Regional Operations to the Head Office functions, improving the efficiencies through process change and electronic automation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish, create and maintain multiple links between our business divisions concerning all aspects of Service process.
- Identify and maximise efficiency improvement opportunities within the Service business
- Work with Dynamics team to further develop operating system to deliver efficient & functional system improvements
- Support the Machine, Parts & Service Sales efforts by developing Service process offerings that complement the divisional sales growth strategies.
- Review current administration tasks performed within branch operations to understand tasks that can be streamlined and improved to reduce administrative load on branch staff
- Develop and support training initiatives across a broad range of platforms.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Mechanical or Electrical trade background or equivalent experience in a Service business
- Effectively applies both professional and technical skills applicable.
- Customer focused and proactive in identifying solutions and offering support to others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a Service process role
- Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal parties.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in reporting to a high standard
- Ability to review business process and develop sound management plans to limit exposure to company
- Efficiently work within the Microsoft Suite of software.
- Capital Equipment maintenance & asset management experience essential
- Tertiary training highly regarded.
