**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Specialist to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be an advocate for the customer within the EDG team through the provision of insights to facilitate customer-led category strategies and initiatives that drive category growth and build greater depth of understanding of customer needs.

Use available data sources to build a better understanding of the customer and provide the business with a deeper understanding of the customer needs and how we best meet these through range, promotional activity, customer experience, category based initiatives, etc.
- Use data to unpack business performance to identify challenges and opportunities and provide recommendations
- Provide data to support and develop broader category visions identifying the key drivers of growth for the next one to three years
- Influence and guide category strategies to improve the customer experience and meet expectations
- Work with Pinnacle on cross-category trend leadership opportunities, creating business cases for major product innovation initiatives that build loyalty for Endeavour’s Retail Brands
- Understand the impact of macro trends on customer behaviour and predict customer trends in drinks
- Foster a culture of continual improvement within a high performance team

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong skills in analysis, interpretation and visual representation of data and insights
- Extensive experience using market data insight tools - ideally Quantium, Nielsen, sales data or other customer driven data sources
- Confident in working and analysing data
- Lateral thinker - Curiosity to uncover the “why” using data
- Good communicator (verbal and written)
- Display strong aptitude for problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge and experience of using Excel and Powerpoint
