**About the role**

We have a client/s in the **St Albans** region that require **Complex Care** assistance in multiple areas of their day to day lives. Responsibilities and details of this position include:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing complex care support with the ability to be flexible and adapt to client specific needs
- Assisting client with community access and independent living

**About you**

As an experienced support worker you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the clients needs front and centre you will have:

- Patience and understanding working with patients with complex care needs
- Experience with Manual handling - specifically using Hoists transfers
- Physically healthy, strong and active

**As a support worker you are required to have the following**:

- NDIS Clearance
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children’s Check
- Cert III and above
- Working Rights in Australia
- Up-to-date Covid 19 vaccinations
