**About Us**

Jaeman is a registered NDIS provider supporting and providing care for the participants in our community. We are looking for people who are very passionate, positive and willing to make difference in challenged people’s life.

**Opportunities**:
We are seeking a potential support worker who has got experience in working with mental health and challenging behaviors to work in Northern Suburbs
- Must have got experience supporting people with Mental health, intellectual impairment and challenging behaviour.
Have to work with an Autistic kid, taking care of him well.
- You will get at least 25 hours of work per week ( **Active Night shifts plus Weekend Work available too )**
- Opportunity for more work depending on performance

**Casual Staff Requirements**:

- Must have great availability, including days, weekends, sleepovers and active awake shifts.
- Passionate about helping people with Mental disability and complex behaviors.
- Ability to work Independently and as a part of team.
- Creative and can think outside the box.
- Ability to manage challenging situation effectively
- Reliable and organized.

**To be successful in this role, you will need the following.**
- Experience in working with Mental health
- National Police clearance certificate.
- Working with Children check
- First aid certificate and CPR
- Mental health first aid is highly desired but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
