We are searching for a passionate, driven and knowledgeable professional who has demonstrated experience in accounts and payroll.

You will be responsible for assisting with accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable functions.

**You will be responsible for**:

- End to end processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Handling general payroll account / administration duties
- Updating and maintaining records
- Processing invoices and issuing payments
- Maintaining and monitoring accounts
- Supporting customer service standards where appropriate to the role; including handling internal & external customer and supplier enquiries
- Assisting warehouse receiving where necessary

- Ability to build client relationships
- High accuracy of data entry and data management

Experience using Pronto is very highly regarded, but not essential.
