In this role, you will:

- Coordinate supports and services tailored to NDIS participants
- Build strong, respectful relationships with individuals and their families
- Communicate promptly and professionally with all stakeholders
- Help participants navigate their NDIS plans and achieve their goals
- Promote culturally respectful, participant-focused service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or similar
- Experience in Level 2 Support Coordination
- Solid understanding of the NDIS framework and relevant legislation
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Valid Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records

Pay: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
