_**We are looking for an Experienced Parts advisor for our Service Department at Gympie Motorcycles.**_

At Gympie Motorcycles, we believe in old-fashioned service with a smile. We offer sound advice and will happily answer all questions or queries our customers have about our Services. Our award winning after-service care backs up our commitment to every customer. In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the Service & Parts department customers, both face to face and over the phone.
- **Your day will consist of**:_
- Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- Determining the customers' needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time.
- Following the progress of the vehicles throughout the course of the service and keeping the customers informed
- Selling parts & accessories.
- Providing quotes
- Providing superior customer service.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, has a strong work ethic and who can be accountable for the success of the department and customer satisfaction.

- Fit & Healthy
- Car License
- Roster - 5 Days a week Plus every 2nd Saturday OR Tuesday to Saturday with Monday OFF

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $44,945.65 - $72,500.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
