- We are seeking a passionate _Advanced Retail Professional_ (3IC) for our Blacktown Brand Concept Store on a Part Time Basis

**Responsibilities**:

- The Advanced Retail Professional (3ic) supports the management team in the achievement of the store’s net sales and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Demonstrates accountability for store performance by maximizing the allocation of resources and executes processes to drive profitability.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customer's with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
- Assists in the preparation of merchandise for replenishment to ensure the store’s entire product offer is available on the shop floor.
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

- Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear - Visual Merchandising - Stockroom Procedures
