We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager (3IC) to help lead our Cosmetica Camberwell store in VIC on a part-time basis at 25 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and team upskilling
- Engage and motivate your team to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, creating MECCA-magic moments
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members

Role requirements:

- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
