Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - Uni Hill Factory Outlet

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Factory Outlet in Uni Hill on a PART-TIME basis. This position requires availability to work fixed weekly days/hours covering both weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities

- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance

Experience / Qualifications

- Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
