**What **you’ll** do**

**What you bring to** **the **role**:

- Some relevant experience in a similar digital marketing support or administrator role
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (eg Adobe campaign, Responsys, Tealium, Salesforce Marketing cloud)
- Knowledge and experience of omnichannel and the benefits it brings
- Some SQL query and data analysis experience in environments
- Experience in the scheduling and monitoring of jobs/tasks using automated tools
- Ideas, diverse thinking and a willingness to share your thoughts
- A strong customer ethos
- A sensitivity to stakeholder needs
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- The ability to interpret and communicate detailed technical information in a way that others can understand
- A desire to keep learning

**What we would like you to do when you become our **Omnichannel** **and Data **S**upport **Analyst**:

- Help set-up and test digital campaigns, microjourneys, data sources and integrations
- Collaborate and communicate with other internal teams, partners and vendors to resolve setup and support issues
- Troubleshoot issues related to data and data sources
- Develop and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, and Dataverse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the Power Platform & Tealium ecosystem
- Assist with continual system & process improvements
- Technical documentation (yes there is some, but we think it’s very important to do it well)

**Some other** **things that may help you to help us**
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles
- Experience with Agile and ITIL methodologies
- Some familiarity with Jira/Confluence
- Knowledge of specific omnichannel tools such as Tealium and Adobe products.
- A logical mind and the ability to complement your team mates to achieve the right outcomes
