**_About the Role_**

Due to the continued growth of the business, we are seeking a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our Offshore team. Within this role, you will work within a multi-discipline team, and your day-to-day duties will consist of working within different work groups. The Mechanical Fitter will have fitting duties/ scope from time to time, but they will also help out within the Industrial Services crew.

**_Duties will include but not limited to_**
- Flange Management - Hy-Torque and Tensioning.
- Heat Exchanger maintenance services.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and P&ID’s.
- Dealing with hazardous materials.
- Assisting other disciplines with tank cleaning.
- Assisting in Scaffolding scope.
- Ability to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervised.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety including participating in safety documentation requirements.

**_Requirements & Experience Needed_**
- Minimum of 12 months experience working within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Ability to work shift work (Day/Night/Weekends).
- Possess formal Trade Qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter & Turner or an equivalent recognised Mechanical trade certificate.
- Flange Management Training (advantageous).
- Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential).
- Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential).
- Gas Testing Atmosphere certificate (within 2 years - essential)
- BOSIET with CA-EBS (essential)
- MSIC Maritime Security Identification Card (essential).
- Breathing Apparatus certificate (desirable).
- Current Drivers Licence (highly desirable).
- High Risk Work License - LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous).
- Full Australian work rights.
