**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, the Service Design Lead will operate within Minda’s Service Design & Analytics group whose main purpose is to support the design, deployment and continuous improvement of service and support processes and systems.

The Service Design Lead is expected to provide an enabling service to Minda business areas focused on the business improvements required to support achieving Minda’s strategic plan.

**In this Role you will be responsible for**:

- Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams on business transformations and other complex change initiatives to translate business direction;
- Developing, communicating and govern target architectures and strategic roadmaps
- Maintaining traceability from strategy through execution; ensure alignment of initiative results back to business direction; serve as an agent for change.
- Working with various leaders and teams to integrate service design into the strategy execution
- Partnering with the ICT an ICT Partners to align the ICT strategy and architecture with the service design strategy and architecture
- Facilitating the creation, maintenance and governance of an enterprise-level service design knowledgebase, based on a combination of IDEO® Field Guide as well as Business Architecture principals
- Communicate and serve as an advocate for the service design discipline and vision within the organisation
- Experience with related disciplines (e.g. strategy, customer experience design, planning, IT architecture, business analysis, business process, etc.), business techniques (e.g. business case development, cost benefit analysis, etc.) and modelling and analysis techniques (e.g. process modelling, requirements management, data modelling, solution design, etc.)
- 3+ years experience with common data tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Visual Studio

**Skills**:

- Ability to facilitate large, cross-functional work sessions and conversations
- Excellent communication skills for all levels of the organization, including written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with and usage of Human Centered Design, Lean Methodologies and Six Sigma
- Project Management Qualification desirable

**Additonally you will need**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Valid DHS Disability Screening)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current Driver's Licence
- Unrestricted Working Rights
- COVID Vaccination (2+booster minimum requirememt)
