**The Position**

As a Relationship Manager with Empower, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our allied health services across the Homecare and Residential Aged Care sectors. Based in Brisbane, this role will see you become the face of the company to many of our stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing existing relationships with a number of Homecare and Residential Aged Care service providers
- Identifying potential clients and seeking new business opportunities
- Conducting business reviews to assess opportunities for sales
- Attending workshops and industry expos
- Complaint Management by investigating and resolving queries raised by clients
- Preparing and conducting business proposals and sales presentations
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Attending regular site visits and meetings where required
- Social media engagement
- Business-to-business (B2B) service sales

**Do you have what it takes?**

You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients. You must have:

- Successful track record in business development in any service-based industry (e.g.: Recruitment, health)
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Full drivers’ licence
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with PowerPoint
- Sound knowledge of the healthcare industry and current market is highly regarded
