**Ray White | Mascot** are seeking passionate and dedicated individual to join their team as a
**Property Manager** or an
**Assistant Property Manager**. We fully support career growth, you bring the attitude and we can help hone your skillset.

Previous Property Management experience and the ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese are advantageous however we are also open to individuals who are looking to enter the real estate industry.

**Your duties will include**:

- Assisting with all areas of the PM department;
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required;
- Assistance with preparation of accounts and invoicing for mid/end of month;
- Assisting with lease renewal negotiations;
- Attending NCAT as required;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Previous property management experience is highly desired;
- The ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- The ability to assist with the growth of the rent roll.
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
