Queen Amann Bakery is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly skilled Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being the face of a premium hospitality brand, we want to hear from you

This is a casual position (20-30 hours per week) that requires true versatility. While your coffee skills are essential, we need someone who is equally comfortable and engaged in all aspects of our busy front-of-house operation.

**Coffee Expertise**:

- Barista Proficiency (2+ Years Experience): You must be confident and efficient in running the coffee station solo, especially during peak periods.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in dialling in equipment and demonstrating consistent latte art capabilities.
- High Volume Management: Able to manage the pressure of long customer lines while maintaining speed, quality, and a positive demeanor.

**All-Rounder Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, positive attitude, and genuinely enjoy interacting with customers. Be adept at communicating clearly about our menu, from Queen Amann to our savoury sandwiches.
- Service & Sales: Efficiently serve pastries & sandwiches, manage the display, and process transactions.
- Operational Duties: Perform daily operational & cleaning duties, including mopping, managing dishes, and cleaning FOH areas. This role requires the physical capability for tasks like lifting chairs & tables.
- Closing Procedures: Reliable enough to execute closing FOH duties by yourself when scheduled.
- Compliance: Possess a working knowledge of essential food safety practices.

**Important Details & Requirements**:

- Availability: We are a 7-day operation, so weekend availability is essential and non-negotiable.
- Hours: 20-30 hours per week.
- Visa Holders: Must have a valid working visa with more than 6 months remaining.
- Positive Team Fit: We are looking for people who are interested in being a genuine part of our close-knit bakery team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $35.00 per hour
