Opening a new bakery in Bowen Hills and seeking experienced members to join the team

Barista (2 years+):

- Confident and efficient in running the coffee station
- Capable of handling high-volume coffee service with ease
- Know how to dial in
- Can pour latte art
- Must be friendly and loves interacting with customers

All Rounder:

- Friendly, positive, and genuinely happy to help
- Able to manage long lines of customers with a smile
- Great at communicating with customers about our menu
- A fantastic team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable preparing simple and tasty meals
- Knowledgeable about food safety practices

Pastry Chefs (all levels):

- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods (e.g., cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, mousses, creams, breads, chocolates, candies, frozen desserts).
- Follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Measure and mix ingredients with precision.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (e.g., mixers, ovens, sheeters, proofers).
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods.
- Decorate and present pastries and desserts in an appealing manner.
- Adapt recipes based on dietary restrictions or customer preferences (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).
- Manage and rotate stock effectively to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Accepting beginner bakers to train.

- We're a 7-day operation, so weekend availability is essential.
